The 21st century is called "the century of quality" and a "revolution of quality innovation" is well under way in both the field of study and that of industry. In order to prevent and reduce the impact scope and intensity of Murphy's law, it is no doubt an important research task to bring to light the existing patterns and operating law of qualityinformation, to explore the "fidelity keeping" mechanism and its technical path of quality information, to identify, understand, acquire, transfer, store, handle, regenerate, and bring to function the quality information, both timely and effectively, and to ensure the effective functioning of quality information, as the demand of consumer has become more and more personalized and the process of designing and production more and more complicated.This dissertation, starting from the basic model and transferring process of broad information issue, and taking quality function deployment (QFD) as the basic tool of transferring quality information, makes a framework for the transfer system and process mechanism of quality information, synthesizes and integrates the mutually separate unit quality guaranteeing techniques, and coordinates the quality movement of the whole life cycle of the product.In the first place, this dissertation reviews and summarizes the present research situation, fields of application, and tendency of QFD at home and abroad, and discusses the feasibility of QFD as a transfer tool for quality information.Secondly, on the basis of the classical Shannon's information theory, it broadens the semantic meaning and usage factors of information. Taking the material state presentation of the subject's recognition as the kernel, it defines the broad information intention of QFD suitably needed in information transfer application in quality engineering, and then highlights the information channel's distortion and noises in the process of information transfer. On the basis of analyzing information intention in a general meaning, systematically defining the extension scope of quality's concept, and researching of the division as well as establishment of the whole process's quality ring, it delves into the formation of product quality, the dynamic characteristics of product quality information, and builds the framework of quality information, nine implementation links of quality information transfer, and three function modules. And in the end, taking the analysis ofinformation channel's distortion and noises in the general mode of information transfer, it puts forward ways to solve the "Blocking-noise problem" in the transfer process of quality information in the respects of origin, channel and destination of information.In view of the inherent fuzzy attributes of quality information, the dissertation, by employing the fuzzy set theory, advances FQFD that can cope with different kinds of fuzzy and qualitative information and make significant decisions in the fuzzy environment. It sets up the models of VOC's fuzzy model establishment and VOC's fuzzy synthesis, model for assessing users' competition, and model for assessing QC's importance, etc, thus lays the technical foundation for building the decision making model in HOQ as well as the intelligent computer aided QFD system (ICAQFD).In the next part, on the basis of QFD's customer identification and quality understanding, this dissertation centers on building the model of customer information requirement, clarifies the concepts of customer and customer's demand, rebuilds the structure of customer requirement, and puts forward the methods of acquiring customer requirement information, and lays the foundation for transferring customer requirement information to each phase of product's all life cycle.
