Application Of Qfd In Enterprises To Implement Ve And Icaqfd Research On Structure Design

As a new product design idea by way of Voice of Customer (VOC), Quality Function Deployment (QFD) can transform the information of VOC to the technical aims of product exploitation and the method of task control regulations.This paper discussed how to get and settle and analysis the VOC of QFD and its disintegration including product programming and part-deployment and craftwork-programming and quality control etc. Which aims at the shortage of the presented research status of QFD, the dissertation focuses primarily on how to use QFD into the Value Engineering (VE) in enterprises. QFD and VE can be applied together and strength the planning, strength the projecting, strength the working procedure and the quality aims, the frame and the approach also be brought forwards.The key techniques of 1C AQFD are systematically studied, which aims at the shortage of the presented research. The basic ideas of 1C AQFD are also described. Based on the information-exchange model and function, the mathematical model of the fuzzy extremism method of ICAQFD under fuzzy constraints for prioritizing PQC from VOC is established in QFD deployment automatically. The model for technical advanced degree of PQC based on the information in HOQ models for goal values based on fuzzy regression analysis are built. And the decision-making models are established by all of these.
