Commercial insurance and social security have emerged as very important issues since reform and open times. The author tries to research-integrated private security, enterprise security and social security. Furthermore, discusses the problems of security from the point of view of benefits.This thesis is divided into three sections:The theory section includes first, second and third chapter. The first chapter explains the theoretical basis of security benefits. At first it defines the core concept-security benefits and discusses its formation at different angles, and in particular, security benefits comprise private security benefit, enterprise security benefit and social security benefit. Then illustrates the relationship between security benefits and productivity, production relationship, culture. In essence, security benefits are kinds of compensation benefits. Chapter two is a thorough study on the origin and development of security benefits theory. The author analyses the Marxist theory of security benefits as well as the security theory in western economics, concludes the harvest of security benefit of earlier scholars theoretically, which lays a solid foundation for the further analysis of security economic benefits. Chapter three studies the realization mechanism of security benefits. Individual, family, enterprises, mutual institution and government can realize security benefits. The second section includes four chapters. In accordance with the relationship among the private security benefit, enterprise security benefit and social security benefit, security benefits models are divided into several models as follows: Germany model, UK and Sweden model, USA model, Singapore and Chile model etc. From the fourth to the seventh chapter analyze four typical models of security benefits in six representative countries. Indeed, security benefit system should be defined as the sum of all kinds of politics, economics and culture etc. Different country, different security benefits system. The development tendency of security benefits model is multiple, low-level social security benefit and higher-level enterprise security benefit and private security benefit. The third section of the thesis contains three chapters. Chapter 9 introduces the practice of security benefits in China. The first phase was from in the 1950's to 1980's, which its most obvious character was equalitarianism. Afterwards changes have taken place on the source, contents and level of security benefits since 1980's. The tenth chapter gives an analysis on the problem of private security benefit, enterprise security benefit and social security benefit. As the last chapter of the whole paper, Chapter 11 summarizes the experience and tendency at home and abroad and gives a basic argument. That is, the government maintains the low level social security, the enterprise develops moderately the security benefit and individual increases rapidly private security benefit. The thesis has the following innovative points: Firstly the thesis discusses the commerce insurance and social security from the viewpoints of benefit, furthermore, researches integrated social security, enterprise security and commerce insurance. So-called "security benefits" is some kind of utility on the grounds of security. It includes the private security benefit, enterprise security benefit and social security benefit. Secondly illustrates the source of security benefits. Private security benefit comes from the accumulation of benefit; enterprise security benefit comes from the sharing of enterprise benefits and social security benefit comes from society. Thirdly, security benefits look future benefits but compensation benefits. The Security Benefit theory is still a new category, so, further development and probe are indispensable.
