Along with the number of world population's increasing, carrying forward the industrialization, utilization of advanced science and technology, agriculture has made great development in 20 century. The fast expansion of agricultural technologies establish the foundation of economy and increasing of population, bringing the centralization and specialization to agriculture production , and influence the rural society and circumstance prodigious. On the other hand, in order to raise large population and improve people's living quality, plunder natural resources had depravities globe environment. Especially utilizing the agricultural resource overly had caused large area resource degraded and zoology problems. The depravation ecological environment has become the bottleneck to restrict agricultural blossom. How to accord to the background of native agricultural situation, guaranteeing the resource utilized sustainable with the lowest environmental cost, ensuring main crops supply, turn into an important question to all world countries. Not only developed countries but also developing countries, all buck for the sustainable agricultural strategies. Agricultural sustainable development is one of the most important parts in world sustainable development.As a big country in world with large population, China is under a heavy burden of living in history. With the world globalization and Chinese high-speed development of economy, the food problem, that is the base of Chinese living base, has caused all world attention. Chinese want to support ourselves, depending on agricultural sustainable development, protecting and utilizing agricultural resource reasonable. According to the sustainable agriculture stratagem, China must establish a feasible financial support system, which is the guarantee to sustainable agriculture. According to the target and demand of agricultural sustainable development, devoting funds, recouping and conducting institution should be the key to carry out it successfully, which will make up funding system of agricultural sustainable development in China.Basic theories used in the research are agricultural economics, environmental economics, welfare economics, public economics, finance, sustainable developing economics, etc. Main research methods are mathematical logic analyzing method, figure and graph analyzing method, philological method, combining definition and ration, etc. Using for reference of foreign advanced experience about supporting sustainable agriculture, combing related agricultural policy in WTO, basing new funds supportingsystem upon current situation of Chinese agricultural investment, I lodge a agricultural sustainable supporting system which is consonant with Chinese agricultural feature.After analyzing short-dated income and long chronically development of Chinese agriculture, the logistic frame of research chooses and obeys the path of agricultural sustainable development. According to the acknowledge to the key restrict factors of Chinese agriculture development, the research establishes the foundation of the path, which should be the funds supporting system.
