Agriculture Development Bank of China(ADBC), one of the three state- owned policy bank of China, is an important part of Chinese financial system. To strengthen the close management of purchasing funds is its main task entrusted by the State Council. The aim of this essay is to solve above-mentioned question and achieve the close management of purchasing funds. The main contents of this essay includes three parts.
