Research On The Evaluation Of The Effect Of "Weibo Politics" In Lanzhou City

Network politics is a new form of political-civilian interaction with the rapid development of mobile Internet and social media,and has become the main way for the public to express,participate in and evaluate public services.Weibo,as a user-based online social media based on interaction and information exchange,plays an important role in online politics.At the same time,in recent years,the government has continued to promote the reform of service-oriented government,and has paid more attention to public participation and coordinated governance between the government and the people than ever before.Weibo's political consultation has become an important force in advancing this change.To evaluate the effectiveness of Weibo's political affairs,so as to help the government understand the inadequacy of its services and better promote the transformation of service-oriented government.This paper takes "Weibo politics" of Lanzhou city as the research object,states the background and significance of this research,and combs the research status of Weibo politics in recent years.Through the data collection of the webpage and the classification of Chinese word segmentation,the statistics and analysis of the status of the Weibo policy in Lanzhou City were carried out.Based on the new public service theory,the theory of good governance and the theory of citizen participation,combined with the characteristics of Lanzhou Weibo politics,the index system for evaluating the effectiveness of Weibo politics was constructed.The weight of the first and the second indicators was determined by using the AHP analytic hierarchy process,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate from the three dimensions of serviceability,responsiveness and public participation.Through the organization of the evaluation team to carry out specific evaluations,verifying its practicality,and obtaining a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of "Weibo politics" in Lanzhou.The evaluation results of the service criteria are "general",the evaluation results of the responsiveness criteria are "good",the evaluation results of the public participation criteria are "poor",and the results of the comprehensive effect evaluation are "good".Based on the statistics and description of the status quo of "Weibo politics" in Lanzhou City and the results of empirical evaluation,the problems in the "Weibo politics" in Lanzhou City are analyzed from the three dimensions of serviceability,responsiveness and public participation.The main problems are lack of departmental coordination,not timely response,limited response and limited citizen participation.The causes of these problems were analyzed,including the unclear positioning of government microblogs,the existence of information barriers and the lack of a sound supervision and evaluation mechanism.Based on analyzing other people's research,this paper summarizes the Weibo political experience of two excellent government Weibo,"Wen Zheng Yinchuan" and "Suqian Voice",and puts forward countermeasures on how to improve Lanzhou "Weibo politics" effect.It is suggested that it provides a certain reference and reference for the operation of government microblog and the effective promotion of Weibo politics.
