Research On The Investment Of China Government And The Economic Growth During The Transition Period Of Economy

According to the requirement of the scientific developing concept , learning from the modern economic growth theory of the western economics, especially the effect of the investment on economic growth and investing experiences of foreign government, the article is going to have a comparatively exhaustive and through research into the investment issues of China government, combining with the nowadays perfection of socialist market - oriented e-conomic structure. Guided by the Marxist theory on the investment and economic growth, it is using materialist dialectics as its basic research method.The governmental investing is an important measure of distribution of the resources. And the investing system of government is a significant part of China socialist market economic structure. At present, the existing problems in the governmental investing field are not helpful to the full exertion of basic function of the market in the distribution of resources , and also are not benificial to the transformation of the deposit account into investment and the enlargement of the domestic demand so as to promote economic growth . In accordance with the demand of the perfection of socialist market - oriented economy structure, China government has to deepen the reform of the investment system and build.a set of administrating systems conforming to the characteristics of governmental investment. Meanwhile , taking Fujian for example, the article analyzes the situation and the existing problems of Fujian local governmental investment, and gives some pieces of advice on systems and policies in detail .
