The Study On The Construction Market Credit Mechanism And The Establishment Of Credit System

This dissertation uses theory of Credit Economics, analyses the character of Construction Market(CM), establishes the model of CM's credit control and the model of CM owner stimulant mechanism, studies the CM's credit mechanism deeply & systematically using Systematic Dynamics and emulation program; analyses the cost & proceeds of CM's credit system, brings forward the study method & technique of CM's credit system efficiency; based on the nowadays China CM status, studies & puts forward the main frame and measure of establishing CM's credit system. This dissertation works creatively on CM's credit system and its establishment from the view of system & economics.The main contribution includes: analyses the character & behave of CM credit's structure, relationship and order; nail down CM credit's essence and its factors from several aspects of CM credit's economic meaning; establishes the model of CM's credit control and the model of CM owner incentive mechanism in the method of the Game Theory, reveals the people's behavior and market game's impact on CM credit; using theory of System Dynamics & PC emulation program, analyses the sensitive and tendency of CM credit system by studying its variables and parameters; points out that CM credit mechanism is based on the normative activities of credit entity, guided by credit concept, in the retrain of credit law, performs on credit information platform with the function of prompting, restriction, information, scheme and risk. Further more, this dissertation analyses the cost & proceeds of CM credit system, put forward CM credit mechanism's cost-proceeds measure and the composite evaluation principle of efficiency; frame the CM credit mechanism, offer clear suggestion & advise on establishing CM credit mechanism.The creative point is: PC emulation calculation on the base of qualitative and quantitative analysis; setting the frame of CM credit mechanism, enriching the theory and appliance of Credit Economics; bring out the concept of CM credit system's efficiency; put forward the general plan of CM credit mechanism.With the deepening of China's reform, the study of CM credit mechanism and credit system will been enhanced. It is believed that the study in this dissertation will accelerate the improvement of CM credit system, which will guide CM in China to a developing road with delicate information and incentive compatibility.
