China is a country of courtesy. Honesty, believed as an individual's basic criterion, was encouraged from very ancient time. Nowadays, however, along with socialism market economy being more and more prosperous, a credit system in accordance with the market economy has not in existence. Credit lacks in various social walks, especially lacks in enterprise business operation.Enterprise credit has its own characteristics and values. At present, enterprise credit lacks seriously, such as false information, default payment, shoddy goods prevalent, etc. The reasons of these are comprehensive. It would endanger the image of enterprise and the benefit of the country, distort the social system and influence the sustainable development. Comparing the total cost under credit economy and connection economy, we could draw a conclusion that a kind of short-term benefit might be gained, but the enterprise has to pay the cost in the long run if it doesn't keep its credit. A clear property right promises the rules for chasing long-term benefit.Credit economy is the other name of market economy. As an important role in economy, enterprise credit decides the success of its operation, its competitiveness in worldwide arena and plays a great influence to the banks and other relative economic entities. Therefore, it is an important topic and a long-term task to establish and fulfill an enterprise credit system.
