The transition of an economy from a centrally planned one to a type organized on the basis of market forces is the most remarkable event in the last decade of the 20th century, Among it, Having the most historical meaning affairs are no better than the reform of economic system with the surging forward and great momentum in China, the disintegration in Russia, and the upheaval in East-European countries. The historical progress of this transition gave us numerous inspiration.The particular analysis background of this text is the global economy, the open outward and the reform of the socialism economic system in our country exactly, inquiring into its inside growth and circulating mechanism, from setting out the whole theory research on labor relations in mainly developed countries. Compared with the models and characteristics of labor relations evolution in different countries (primarily the developed countries in the world .Subsequently, It used as the theories basis and analysis foundation on whole study. Joining with the special ownership system of the socialism entry-level stage in our country, defining the current Chinese labor relation is: Under the condition of the socialism market economy, the worker and labor-force proprietor and its user (include government, business or employer's organization) become a kind of social economic relation in the process of realizing labor. Its dual nature is not only a kind of economic benefit relation, but also a kind of human-body relation; not only a kind of horizontal equal and cooperative one, but also a kind of lengthways belonging relation.Under the premise of clearing the content and nature on Chinese labor relation in the turning period, we analyze emphatically the change of labor relations in uncongenial business between and internally, generalize the different characteristics that being presented uncongenial business in turning period, through the analysis on its performance and contents in details. Then regarding this as the basis, we put forward own original views, through the influence on business, government, worker and society that being placed the changing labor relations in turning period, and make up the study blank on the realm in academic circles.The kinds of labor disputes, labor conflicts, labor self-contradicts exist on the different degree unavoidably and objectively, because the labor relation is being placed in a kind of continuously change. Therefore, aiming at it, we put forward to the necessity and importance that must adjust; the homologous policies and measures in this text. Through the relocation of the corpora (business or employer's organization, government, the worker or labor union) about labor relation, asking for the analysis method of the games, we argument the valid system-three-square moderate mechanism which handles and resolves self-contradicts on labor relations, that can become and develop its positive effect in our country.
