With the rapid development of world economy and high technology, a series of new trends have occurred in the evolution of industrial structure. With the intensification of opening in the industrial structure, a new round of readjustment of the industrial set-up is inevitable, and the economies of different nations have become closely connected and formed a big system of world industrial structure. In this new international environment, China, as a great component of this big system, has to adjust to the development trend of world industrial structure and promote the readjustment and optimization of its own industrial structure, which is crucial to Chinese economic development. Investment is indispensable to economic development, and economic development can't do without investment, since investment is an important factor promoting economic development. However, China's national economic development has been troubled by some restricting factors such as blocked investment channels, insufficient investment, irrational investment structure and inefficient investment profit. Therefore, how to increase investment through the optimization and evaluation of industrial investment and adjust the investment structure, so as to promote the growth of national economy and optimize industrial structure, has been an urgent problem.From the point of view of the whole process of input, operation and output of industrial investment optimization, this dissertation constructs China's the theoretical framework of industrial investment optimization, puts forward four subsystems: the resource of industrial investment and its principal part, the scale of investment, industrial investment structure, and industrial investment benefit. A systematic analysis and further research on the four subsystems are dealt with thereafter. In research on the resource of industrial investment and its principal part, a new econometrics analytical method, co-intergration analysis,clustering and factor analytical methods are introduced. Co-intergration analysis is used to analyze the investment in fixed assets, domestic and foreign investment, the source of industrial investment and contribution of investment subject to economic growth; Clustering analytical and factor analytical methods are used to study the source of investment on infrastructure in different regions of China. Based on this , the correlativity of variables is defined and checked, contributingparameters of investment sources and investment subject to economic growth are given, as well as the common factor. This dissertation also throws light on the trend of optimizing the sources of industrial investment and the direction of investment subject so as to ensure the required capital.In terms of the scale of investment, starting with evolution tendency and present situation of investment rates in recent years in China, the dissertation sums up the characteristics of evolution of China's investment rates, points out the range of reasonable investment rates, and makes predications of the further investment in well-being society with the help of co-intergration analysis which is a new way of thinking and a new scientific investment.In terms of the structure optimization of industrial investment, the overall structure and internal structure of industrial investment are discussed respectively. This dissertation constructs the evaluation mode of optimizing China's industrial investment structure with grey relating analytical method, finds out the key to promoting Chinese economic development is to energetically develop the third industries, steadily develop the first industries, develop the second industries if there is abundant capital industries.The dissertation applies ISM model to construct the benefit evaluation mode of industrial investment with multi-layered structures, applies AHP and Fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the industrial investment profit in China.
