A Research On The Corporate Governance Structure Of State-owned Commercial Bank

Governance structure is the most important organization structure of modern enterprise system, whose core is to supervise management and maintain the rights of shareholders and other interested parties. A good governance structure can guarantee the fine performance level of Chinese commercial banks and the healthy operation of financial market.This dissertation studies the corporate governance structure of stated-owned commercial banks in terms of Economics, Finance and Management, which is comprised of eight chapters.Chapter one introduces the goals, significances as well as methods of this dissertation and interprets the research results of commercial bank's corporate governance structure all over the world.Chapter two discloses the basic concepts of bank, commercial bank, corporate governance structure, and the origin and development of state-owned commercial banks.
