In fact, it is difficult in English to find a word equal to CHENGXIN in Chinese. Therefore, after too many comparisons, I choose sincerity to substitute for it in this abstract.There has been a tradition of emphasizing importance to sincerity in China, there existed two era which thoughts were very booming in history, era of CHUNQIU & ZHANGUO and era of ethic renewal in Song dynasty & Ming dynasty. In this two important periods, many thinkers expressed a lot of ideas about the sincerity, in aspect of sincerity economy activities, many examples of positive and negative came forth as it, thereout commerce moral of sincerity came into being. As we know, in oder to make exchanges in market go along well in the course of nature, it is insufficient to restrict people only by moral, efficiency administer by goverment is a important guarantee to inpel them abide sincerity moral rules in ecnomy activitiesThis paper analyses the thoughts market supervision in WestZHOU, Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty, particularly relative to sincerity ecnomy thought. The paper mainly explores the goods ranges of admission, market organization and administration, requirments of goods quality and astringent law treatment,etc. It discusses the thoughts and activities of trader of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty which are two eras of comparatively upgrowth in commerce, especially the paper introduces those great businessman in ShanXin and HuiZhou, the elite representatives among them. Combine these to reality, the paper analyses the problem of sincerity ecnomy moral in the moment, and the reasons and behaves of the lack of sincerity ecnomy moral. In the end, I bring forward the idea of settling the problem of the lack of sincerity.We know, whenever, the problem of the lack of sincerity can not be eradicated completely in any complexion, the intention of focusing the problem is how to reduce them by all means, and make the harm to economy to the lowwest level.
