At present, the industrialization of our country develops during the course of high resource consumption, and resource pinch and energy shortage with environmental pollution has become severe obstacle to economic development of the country. The hard problem in human being development is shortage of liquid fuel in long views. Biomass has got more and more recognition under this background due to its capability as the only renewable resource transferable to liquid fuel.The industry of biomass fuel ethanol is in the cubhood. The quantitative research with enterprise practice on circulatory economy conception is insufficiency at present. The study on energy income of biomass fuel ethanol has not got creditable explanation. For this reason, the profounder theoretical research and discuss has been taken with the unit of TianGuan Group—the enterprise of biomass fuel ethanol, starting from circulatory economic conception though analysis of the proceeding of formation and development in fuel ethanol industry, and integrating the system analysis of material circulation, biomass energy transfer and value increment. The main results include:1.The materiel is calculated by technical processing on the item of wheat fuel ethanol with the output of 200,000 tons. The structural model for ecosystem of wheat fuel ethanol is functionally constructed on the base of the material calculation, and the work for summing-up and exaltation about the biomass fuel ethanol circulatory economic model is provided into micro-economy and macro-economy.2.The economy and logistics of biomass transfer ecosystem of wheat fuel ethanol is evaluated on in the range of micro-economy. First, the inner cost model has been established, then old and new processing and inner cost of corn fuel ethanol has been compared based on the model. Last, the future of ecosystem of wheat fuel ethanol is forecast by the forecasting model of gas price ARIMA (2,1,2) . The logistics of wheat fuel ethanol ecosystem is analyzed and estimated utilizing generalized atomic economic theory, and the path to make atomic economic theory further improvement is presented.3.The energy flow of wheat field ecosystem is particularly analyzed and estimated. Main results include: ① The average ratio of input to output of whole energy is 1.58, belonging to middling and a bit of low level. ② The statistic analysis shows: organic energy input increases, inorganic energy input decreases and ratio of utilizing efficiency of inorganic energy to input of organic energy improves, and then, the yield of wheat can be improved effectively.4.The basic model of biomass transfer ecosystem of wheat fuel ethanol and study on energy balance through the basic theory of energy transfer and balance. The technological index of energy is chose and quantitative researched. According to the analysis of biomass transfer ecosystem of wheat fuel ethanol and energy analysis, results included: whole energy inclusive rate on new technics is up to 92.69%, more 4.22% than old technics; whole energy utilizing rate is up to 60.54%, 10.01 more than the old one.5.Energy benefit about wheat fuel ethanol estimated in the full lifecycle for the first time, the results of research show ① The energy values of new and old technology are both negative, if the energy value of byproduct is not considered. ② If the energy value of byproduct considering, both energy benefit of new and old technology are positive, and the benefit of new is obviously higher than the old one. It is credible that, wheat fuel ethanol can be used as the substitute of fossil energy in china from view of energy economy.
