When doing research on refining ERP system application, improving information modules' intellectualized level, every module of the whole system's real-time collaboration, the accuracy of controlling production process, all should be taken into account. A lot of works had been accomplished based on the Huabei Petrochemical Corporation. The main research contents of this thesis are listed here:1)For the first time, multi-agent is applied to build the system structure of the ERP system in Petrochemical Enterprise. Through consulting and analyzing the progeny researched before, this paper focus on petrochemical enterprises' produce and management flow to analyze and modify the producing and management flow. According to the ERP system's structure and ideas, we should both integrate all the systems--such as the system of planning, financial affairs, providing, promoting, and use the MA technology to refining ERP system, and to support to refine the need of management.2) This paper put forward a new way for refining and controlling the cooperate function of the enterprise's different-structure module. Since the whole system is made up of many modules, each module needs to collaborate and restrict each other in the course of everyday function. And the communication of different network should be studied.3) The paper work out a plan of Data Mining to discover the model from the historical data, including the establish of Data Warehouse and the control of each main part in Customer Relationship Management. Data Mining is a powerful tool for analyzing complex systems, and it is applicable to analyze the systems' historical data such as the Customer Relationship data. Nowadays, it has become a hot spot in the field of Database System.4) Combining the practical sale and plan of the merchandise management system, the author accomplishes the control, communicate, decompose and assign the task of oil products measuring in merchandise management. This research is indispensable for refining intellectualized process.This paper's content is in common use and can be transplanted. Through some modification, it can be used for other complex system's intellectualization.
