Question On The Thinking Foundation Of Crime Theory System Of Continent Legal System

Crime theory system is a very important question in criminal law theory. In some extent, the solution of all questions in criminal law relates to crime theory system.Recent years, Chinese criminal law scholars pay more attention to it. Continent legal system criminal theory system has developed for more than one hundred years, whose system is very good, and doctrines are fine. It not only contributes to rule of law in criminal field in modern west counties, but also influences Chinese criminal scholars in constitution of crime theory system rebuilding age.Currently Chinese scholars have not deeply researched thinking foundation of continent legal system criminal theory system.
