In the process of modernization of china, the change and transformation of economic formation, political structure and social order has an enormous impact towards moral building in modern China, so we often see the following words:"Morals have no model","Honesty is crisis","Trust is crisis"and so on. Today, if we admit that moral construction in china faces the impact of global modernization process initiated by the West, which Chinese theorists study what western theorists make about theoretic thinking of the problem of moral crisis during the process of modernization and make good reference of them seems necessary and great theoretic and realistic significance. However, now China's problem of moral crisis is probably more complexes and deeply; not only there is a transformation and break down of tradition towards modernity; because of different localities, China and the West have different cultural, social and political structures. Hence, when we consider moral construction in China, not only we have to pay attention about epochs, we also have to pay attention about China's particular elements during the process of modernization because of the different cultural and social structures between China and the West, we must study the social-political history and moral–practice history. Hence we have to consider from the analysis of the social-political structure, from the point of view of political culture and political socialization, combined with the analysis of ethics, standing on the"morals–hold–together system", and then consider the problem of moral crisis of current China during modernization.Actually, that morals can make an effect, make own stability and be accepted and practiced by the general public, has not only the reason of social moral system itself, not only the reason of the construction of judicial system, religious belief, can not exist without the corresponding moral-hold-together system. In general, a country which has been successfully modernized always realized the transformation of moral– hold– together system.
