Transition Moral Reconstruction And The Rule Of Law In Order To Construct

The development of things often includes several stages. There are many differences between one stage and another, so it will produce many contradictions. It is important to control the transitional node for making a thing from one stage to another stage smoothly. Moral control and legal control are the important means, so the moral construction and rule of law construction appear especially urgent. Our country is in the transformation which the planned economic system has been abandoned, but the market economy system has not been built, so people in all professions from political and economic to religious and cultural are facing the same anxiety - where is the future to be? Moral and law face the similar problems. Their problems become even more complicated because they are inseparable with people's behavior. In the moral aspect, we have abandoned the previous morality, but the new morality hasn't been formed, so we are into crisis. Moral control is bound up with legal control, so moral belief crisis will affect the construction of rule of law order. In this paper, the author begins with the relationship between law and morality, and gradually analyses of the reason of current moral crisis and the problem caused by the moral system to explore the way of moral reconstruction and legal order construction.
