Multi-Responsibility And System Order

In order to be seasoned with the tendency of economic development and solve complex global problems, global governance has become an important issue in the modern international relations'research. At present, different viewpoints and genres are forming in the globalization and the global governance, which discuss the rationality and models the of global governance mainly from the point that all countries are interdependant.By th theory and means of systemism to study this notion, I try to analyse the transforming, efficiency basis, finity and developing foreground in this dissertation; discuss inter-relations between multi-duty and hegemony, between sovereignty and non-governmental organizations, and between multi-duty institution and world order; point out it's the best option to build up multi-duty institutional order in the future global governance, which will benefit us to bulid a harmonious new world.
