The research taking private ownership as ownership system of the centre, causes a kind of illusion to people that there is no difference in nature among state ownership, collective ownership and citizen's ownership which should enjoy equal protection. The idea of those who take state ownership equal as private ownership means state ownership is privatized.This article declares the basic type of ownership can be divided into two kinds including private ownership and public ownership.
