On The Economic Corporate Capitalism

Humanism is not profound theory, fundamentally, it is philosophic cognition which takes people as the value and measure. On some degree, taking people as the dominant factor is our ultimate aim, and the standard to judge whether our society is improved to civilization overally. However, it is not easy for us to insist on Humanism, so we shall regard Humanism as our permanent goal needed to achieve limitlessly. As the tool or means to maintain and promote people's pursiut for happiness, freedom and consciousness and overall development, law shall take Humanism as fundamentals. Every subject of law must reflect and practice Humanism. Under this condition, we must ask how to give a theoretical cognition on the relationship between Economic law and Humanism, and how to take Humanism to realistic life from Economic Law. This is the intention of study of this article.The article contains six chapters and can be divided three parts. Part one namely chapter one, as the basic part, the part aims to provide foundation and support from Jurisprudence for Hunmanism of Economic law. Part two contains chaper two, chaper three, chaper four and chaper five, this part aims to give a theoretical congntion on Humanism of Economic law, including the generation source of Humanism of Economic law, means of cognition on Humanism of Economic law, ideal and method of Humanism of Economic law, and manifestations of legal system of Humanism of Economic law. Part three namely chapter six, as practical part, this part aims to resolve how to take Humanism to realistic life from Economic law in China.Chapter one is Law and Economic Law of the Field of Humanism. This chapter mainly discusses some basic relative problems.
