This paper takes the dialectical materialism and the historical materialism as the basic guiding ideology, and takes interactional relations between Taiwan politics reforming and development of intercoastal relations as the research angle of view, the multi-disciplinary theory and research technique, such as the politics, the history study, the sociology, the ethnology and so on, are utilized synthetically to omni-directional carefully examine the process of Taiwan politics reforming, the influence of reforming on political ecology vicissitude in the island and on intercoastal relations.
