The former practice take the good examples for the King of Qing Dynasty.Qing is the last dynasty in China. In the former time, after concluding the practice of other dynasty, the King of Qing enforce the rule of officers, which lead to new changes in the legislation and justice. In order to maintain the ruling of the king, some new crimes were added to the Penal Code of Qing Dynasty, adding to about thirty. By using new supervise methods, the government decreased the rate of crime effectively.From emperor KangXi, some good officers were appointed to the higher position, such as Yu, Cheng-long, which cause the official changes at that time. Although the practices were effective, the feudalism systems limit the influences, which caused the failure of the effective practice. After 1900, with the outer and inner force, the Qing government began to remake the law. In the New Criminal Law, some new principles were added to the law, which is the symbol of the modern changes of Qing Dynasty.The last part is to research the all kinds of methods to enforce the official rule, some new law about it was made at that time, which lead to the important significance to the modern prevention of official crime.
