The minority cultural heritage is the reflection of this minority's history, society, politics, economy, life and the geography environment characteristics in the ethnic ideas, is a quintessence of their knowledge and a crystallization of their wisdom with their intellectual, the affection, and the pursue. It is very important to function their mental character, ethnic personality, the thoughts and morals, concept of value of the ethnic, the consciousness rising that appreciate beauty .The minority cultural heritage conserve much more the cultural trace of the development under the appearance variety compatibly in the different history condition, the geography environment to exist of the Chinese nation; Being the carriage of the history culture , the minority cultural heritage takes much life information of the human being's development, in aid of our comprehension , investigating, cognizing the process of the Chinese nation development. Therefore, the research on national minority cultural heritage is a foundation that understands the Chinese nation culture; the protection of national minority cultural heritage is to protect the Chinese culture.This dissertation is divided into the preface and five chapters totally. In the preface I think it is the necessity to study the national minority cultural heritage because most of many professions and section, such as the ethnology, law, anthropology, the cultural object management, and museums, have the necessity to carry on the research.
