This paper synthesizes many kinds of research method such as systematical, economic, historical, authentic and contrast analysis. It gives a legal thought to the basis of modern securities market-the propogation issue of securities market. It putforward the proposition of establishing and improving the legal system of securities information. It also snygest's some immature solutions to the problems with the securities informatin propagation. The whole article consist's of over 40, 000 words and fells into 3 parts except the praface .The preface: It gives us some instructions on the background, which is the inevitable route of improving our securities market mechanism.Part 1: It gives a rough analysis on some basical theory issues on the legal system of securities information propagation. This part contains 4 items. The first one analyzes the basis of establishing the legal system of the securities market information progation from the economic, law, practice and historical angles. From the point view of economics, establishing and improving the legal system is the inevitable demand of improving modern securities market mechanism; concerning the science of law, it is the necessary guarantee of realizing securities inspection goal-maintaining the credibility of securities market mechanism; with respect to concrete evidence, it is the indispensable rout of solving many drawbacks in the securities market; considering the general trend, it is in accordance with the rules of legislation development in securities market .Part 2: The second part gives the proposition and explain roughly some other basical issues, among which are the constitution of basical principle, goal and system.Part 3: This part is the importance of this text.
