During the course of China's integration into the International Regimes(IRs), there are complicate interactions between China and America. The dissertation focuses on the interactions to explore the influence of American factors on the course. There are seven parts in the dissertation.The introduction discusses the topic of the dissertation; it also introduces the current situation, the significance, the frame, and the method of the research.The first chapter is to study the theory of IRs, it includes two parts, the first is about the IRs, such as the conception and the function, and the second is the relation between the IRs and the State, such as the relation between the state power and the IRs, the relation between the national interest and the IRs. Moreover it discusses the influence of IRs on the relation between States?The second chapter analyzes the America's behaviors on IRs and the China's behaviors on IRs. It also describes the relation between America's engagement strategy towards China and the IRs. The chapter explores the sources of the China's behaviors both from domestic level and international level, The chapter is the background that China interacts with America.The third chapter focuses on the American influence on the course of China's integration into the two international human right covenants. The chapter introduces the international human right regime firstly. Then it discusses what the American role on the process that China integrates into the human right regime.The forth chapter focuses on the American influence on the course of China's integration into World Trade Organization. The part discusses the development of international free trade regime from GATT to WTO firstly. Then it analyzes the complicate interactions between China and America during the course of China's integration into WTO explicitly.The fifth chapter focuses on the American influence on the course of China's integration into the international nonproliferation regimes. The first is the interaction between China and America during the course of China's integration into international nuclear nonproliferation regimes. The second is the interaction between China and America during the course of China's integration into international missile nonproliferation regimes. Finally it expresses the opinions that how we to treat the American factors correctly.The conclusion summarizes the main opinions of the dissertation and points out the valuables to continue the research.
