"Society integration" is a concept that sociologist, anthropologist are probing into the organization, coordination of the society. Society integration is that it passes a series of method and means, while keeping relatively independence of each key element of the society, maintaining the inside of the society exist with globally harmoniously.Society integration was realized through all kinds of social subjects that have the society integration function. In reality, the society integration subjects mainly include the government, the political party,social organization and elite, etc. The function that some subjects are given play in the course of society integration is called their integration function. As the special type of the political party, the party in power has strong society integration function.The 21st century is the era of information and internet. Internet which is based on information technology has changed and reshaped, also will continue to change and reshape the social picture of human life, having a great influence upon not only economy, politics, military, culture, but also upon political parties'Society integration function. Undoubtedly, internet is becoming the spot which people who are going into the future focus on.It is after the political party obtains the ruling status that the society integration function of the party in power result from the public management function of state and its society integration the function. Compared with other society's integration main body, the characteristics of the society integration the function of the party in power are included extension of sphere of action, Indirect mandatory, the content being comprehensive and so on. This chapter is about the common laws on society integration, including three points: The first point is about the conception of society integration. Society integration plays a significant role in the progress of human society. The second point is about the relation between party and society integration function. Any party, no matter where it is and when they were born, always struggles for the special interests of some specific social classes which it represents for. A party always plays a role as a tool with which some social classes can realize their particular interests, because the party can express, synthesize their interests in a political way. The third point is about a ruling party's function of ideology integration,which is fatal to a ruling party's development. Characteristics of ruling party's ideology integrating function are also discussed in this section.Chapter 2: The Condition of information era in the Process of Social Transformation in China and the Challenges that the CPC are Facing. Internet and information involves the disintegration of social ideology, political interests, society organizations and so on. This chapter also expounds the reason of the disintegration of social ideology, political interests , social organizations in China,and analyzes the challenges that the disintegration has issued to the CPC's ideology,political interests ,organization systems,functions, and its position as the ruling party.Chapter 3: Essential Changes in the CPC's Pattern of ideology integration has taken place. Firstly, CPC should encourage people to take part in political activities actively. Secondly, CPC should make use of internet supervisory system to reduce bureaucratic corruption. Thirdly, CPC should take measures to regulate inappropriate activities on the internet.Chapter 5: This chapter discusses CPC's organization integration function. Internet provides opportunities for CPC to improve its organization. First of all, CPC should set up enormous internet station of itself. On the basis, CPC can treat its party affairs on the internet to raise its efficiency.
