Research On The Political Integration Adjustment Of The Chinese Communist Party In The New-Democratic Period

Political integration is a political process in which political entities take a series of measures to deal with social differentiation in order to maintain the stability and political development of the political community.Under the current background of the separation of interests and the changes in major social conflicts in China,an effective political integration mechanism can ensure the stable and healthy development of society.Political integration is not static.With the changes in major social conflicts,political integration should be adjusted in time.In the new-democratic period,the Chinese Communist Party successfully adjusted its political integration based on changes in the actual situation.Studying the process and experience of the Chinese Communist Party's political integration institution adjustment during the new-democratic period has an important guiding role for today.Based on the theory of political integration,this article examines the political integration of the Chinese Communist Party in the new-democratic period through literature research,historical research,and comparative research.This paper sets three investigation dimensions for political integration: organization absorption,interest distribution and coordination,and ideological construction.They respectively study the three phases of the new-democratic period: the Agrarian Revolution,the Anti-Japanese War,and the Liberation War..During the land reform period,the way in which the Chinese Communist Party was politically integrated was based on the formation of the main political system of workers and peasants,the construction of the distribution mechanism of workers and peasants,and the construction of the discourse system of workers and peasants.During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Chinese Communist Party mainly focused on the formation of a multi-existent political system,the establishment of a coordination mechanism to ease ambivalence,and the construction of the discourse system of national democracy.During the war of liberation,political integration was achieved through the formation of a people-led political system,the establishment of the most beneficial distribution mechanism,and the construction of the discourse system of people's democracy.Through research,it can be found that the Chinese Communist Party conducted two adjustments of political integration between the three periods.During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the first adjustment of political integration was implemented,and the transformation of political integration from focusing on class nature to focusing on nationality was achieved.The specific measures are to shift from absorbing the class of workers and peasants to absorbing anti-Japanese forces;from compulsory transformation of interest distribution and coordination to compromise,from the ideological discourse of "worker peasant owners" to "national democracy." During the war of liberation,the Communist Party of China carried out the second adjustment of political integration and achieved a transformation from focusing on nationality to paying attention to the people.Specifically,it is transformed into the absorption of democratic elements in organizational absorption;it is transformed into organic solutions in the distribution and coordination of benefits;and the ideological discourse is transformed into “people's democracy”.In the new-democratic era,promoting the Chinese Communist Party to carry out political integration and adjustment has three historical motives,namely,the drive for changes in the main social contradictions,the guidance of guiding ideological changes,and the requirements for the integration of task changes.These three major motives are driving the continuous change and development of the political integration mechanism of the Chinese Communist Party.The adjustment of the political integration mechanism of the Chinese Communist Party during the new-democratic period has important implications.Paying attention to political integration is a magic weapon for the Chinese Communist Party to consolidate its position as the ruling party.Strengthening political integration can guarantee the stability of the political power,cohesion of social forces,and the promotion of political development.The adjustment of the political integration mechanism must be compatible with the changes in the main social conflicts,the historical tasks of the Party,and the changes in the social structure.At the same time,the adaptation of the political integration mechanism must adhere to the principle of benefiting the people,expand the party's mass base,coordinate the interests of different subjects,and pool the common values of the entire society.
