The Communist Party of China's Inspection Policy,as a powerful in-party supervision system in China,has played an irreplaceable role in the political life of China.The Inspection Policy derives from traditional Chinese political systems and has become normalized and systematized after the foundation of CPC in order to meet the demand of each period of history and works as an indispensable ingredient of the in-party supervision system.Therefore,it is safe to conclude that the development of Inspection Policy is an epitome of CPC's efforts in applying and expanding the traditional policy culture in a new historical period which conforms to the demand of in-party supervision of CPC and the necessity of modernization on system and governance under the background of comprehensively strengthened party discipline.Since the inception,its direct affection is to find out problems on both conducts and thoughts of members and organizations.Therefore,the 2 core functions of the policy are renovation and integration and they work in different external forms in different periods.In the period of democratic revolution,to adapt to the requirements of wars,the policy gave priority to renovation,communication and maintenance.In the period of reform and opening-up,the policy gave priority to party unity,clean government and political ecology to guarantee the order of various undertakings.At present,the policy gives priority to construction of leading nucleus,promotion of strengthening discipline comprehensively and fighting against corruption.All in all,on renovation and integration of conducts and thoughts,the Infection Policy has always been a powerful weapon of CPC in achieving historical tasks of different periods and building an effective party-governance system.
