On Party Harmony

The Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC brought forward that society would be more harmonious. Then harmony was placed to us as one of the striving aims. The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC has made a decision that we must construct social democracy harmony. Harmony is one of aspects of society development and effort. Building a well-off society in an all-round way includes four aspects, which are politics, economy, culture and society. The Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC brought forward augustly that CPC is a key to build a well-off society, and emphasized that building party-inner harmony is to build social democracy harmony. Therefore, building intra-Party harmony is one important subject in the studying fields of building the party in CPC'history.This thesis uses the Marxism basic principle and the basic theory of the party building, strengthens Party building in a spirit of reform and innovation,strengthens the Party's governance capability,educates Party members to preserve their vanguard nature,consolidates the Party reign, fulfills his historical mission, discuss intra-Party harmony. This thesis is composed of five chapters around the intension of intra-Party harmony, experience and lesson of intra-Party harmony, impacting intra-Party harmony factors, ways and means to conceive intra-Party harmony.Chapter 1:deciding the basic intension of intra-Party harmony. This thesis explores the party-essence, analyses the functions ,the characters and composing of one party on the base of the Marxism basic principle. This thesis gives attention to it from a party to CPC. Inheriting China and foreign countries'harmony, summing-up the general characters and connotation, then this thesis brings forward the definition and connotation.Chapter 2: summing up the historical exploration, experience and lesson of intra-Party harmony. Using the historical means analyses the problem of intra-Party harmony and summarizes the ways to solve intra-Party contradiction on the historical point of view. Using for reference of proletarian party experience on intra-party harmony, we can gain much vivid datum from East Europe Communist Parties on intra-party content, the cadre and personnel system, the Party's ideals and beliefs, dealing with social problems, and so on. We can extract experience from other Communist Parties coming into power, Cuba, Korea, Vietnam and Laos. They accumulate much best experience on dealing with social problems, assorting with party-relation inside and outside, exerting members'vanguard nature.Chapter 3: analyzing the influencing factors on intra-Party harmony under period time. This thesis unfurls it from there ways: developments and changes in the global, national and intra-Party conditions. Intra-Party harmony building is in a complicated world background. Socialism is still at low tide; capitalism still wants to change socialism in a peace way; Hegemonism and power politics still exist, local conflicts and hotspot issues keep emerging, and the world remains far from tranquil.Contemporary China is going through a wide-ranging and deep-going transformation. This brings us unprecedented opportunities as well as unprecedented challenges.There are still quite a few difficulties and problems on our way forward in economic, political, culture and social building. They influence intra-Party harmony from different ways. There are maladjustment and fall short in building the Party. They bring negative influence to the Great New Undertaking to Build the Party.Chapter 4: constructing intra-Party harmony. This thesis puts forward that a culture of intra-Party harmony advances party members'harmonious self-identity, and build stability in party members mind in harmonious building. Intra-Party harmony need favourable atmosphere which can be constructed and boosted by expanding intra-Party democracy. Iintra-Party harmony need to be ensured by rigid system that need intra-Party harmony mechanism. This mechanism includes three parts: problem pouring mechanism, party member's or party framework's energy mechanism bringing into play, communicating mechanism among party members or among party frameworks. Finally, we carry forward the Great New Undertaking to Build the Party Comprehensively in order to impulse intra-Party harmony.Chapter 5: Building party-inner harmony is to build social harmony. This thesis discusses the relation between party-inner harmony and social harmony on the basis of social structure, party functions. This thesis expatiates the relation between panty and government, the relation between party and society, the relation between party and party. This thesis sets forth that we should deal with the relation between panty and government rightly during the social harmony building time. In the meantime , we should understand and deal with the relation between party and party, religion problem, ethical problem, estate problem, inside and outside problem. in the round and rightly. These thoughts provide means to build social harmony.
