The Research On The Harmony Of Hierarchical Relation From The Aspect Of Harmonious Society

The hierarchical relation is a crucial relation which must be appropriatelydealt with in the process of building the harmonious socialist society. It is the toppriority and has critical strategic importance to promote the harmony of hierarchicalrelation for building the harmonious socialist society. Faced with the hierarchicalrelation problems since the new democratic revolution, Chinese Communist Party hasalways adhered to the Marxism theory of class analysis around the theme of promotingthe harmony of hierarchical relation, and has continuously created new theory ofhierarchical analysis with thorough practice, which provides us with valuableexperience. After the reform and opening-up with increasing development of socialeconomy, the hierarchical structure in China has changed a lot, and the hierarchicalrelation has tended to be more complex. In addition, the conflict between differenthierarchies has constantly intensified, and interest conflict between different socialhierarchies has become the basic and dominant conflict. Because of the drastic conflictin different hierarchies, group conflict emerges continuously. The reducing trust amongvarious hierarchies, the fading sense of identity of the socialist core value, and otherunharmonious factors terrifically threaten the social order and stability. Meanwhile,these factors also hinder the process of building the harmonious socialist society. Inconsideration of all the terrible effects mentioned above, the problems related to thehierarchical relation call for our enough attention.To adapt to the actual demand of building the harmonious socialist society, weneed to correctly understand and deal with the hierarchical conflict so as to effectivelyavoid intensifying the hierarchical conflict. It is a great need to insist on the basicstandpoint of Marxism theory of class analysis, to stick to the guidance of class analysistheory innovated by the Chinese Communist Party and to constantly coordinate therelation of economic interest, political advantage, cultural benefit and social interest between various hierarchies. At the same time, it is equally important to form areasonable income-distribution structure, to establish a social structure focused on themiddle-income group, and to continuously widen institutionalized channel so as toenable the general public in any social class to fully express their self-interest within thepolitical system. What’s more, it is of great significance to reinforce the ideologicalpolitical work, to lead the people from all works to reach an agreement on the interestrelationship problem, to better the social security mechanism and to maintain the legalinterest of all social members. Through the coordination of the above interest relation,the hierarchical conflict can be resolved and then the people can live in harmony amongdifferent hierarchies, which provides powerful support to achieve the dream of theChinese ethnic peoples.
