In the new era, reform is the most distinctive feature in China, and China's great practice of reform and opening up has given birth to Deng Xiaoping's reform concept. As long as China does not stop its reform, a systematic study of Deng Xiaoping's reform concept will be of practical significance. The above-mentioned is the starting point of the dissertation.Deng Xiaoping's reform concept is the innovation and development in various aspects that Deng Xiaoping achieved in the Marxist Theory, of which the most representative, the most fundamental contribution is embodied in its succession and development of the Marxist political economy. The above-mentioned is the unique perspective of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of the preface, five chapters and conclusion. The preface is to introduce the background and causes of the topic, the theoretical overview, the theme and direction to deep such a research, research methods, focuses and difficulties. The first chapter is to introduce the scientific system of Deng Xiaoping's reform concept and then ush in the central theme. Deng Xiaoping's reform concept, summed up as the theory of necessity, the theory of nature, the theory of direction, and the theory of risks, is basically in accordance with the logic of"why to reform","to reform what","how to reform", whose philosophical basis is founded on dialectical materialism and historical materialism, and whose contents covers the Marxist philosophy, political economics and scientific socialism. Deng Xiaoping's reform concept includes two aspects: the aspect of basic theory and the aspect of application theory, both of which are the succession and development of Marxist classical theory. Deng Xiaoping's reform concept has formed a organic unity, a dynamic and open theoretical system. The economic connotation of Deng xiaoping's reform concept is mainly constituted by the discussion of the relationship between Socialism and commodity economy, the discussion of the relationship between planning and marketing, the discussion of the goal of socialist economic system reform, and finally the discussion of the discussion of the ownership and distribution system. Chapter II,"the theory of necessity," is to explore the foundation for Deng Xiaoping to establish his reform concept. Horizontally, peace and development has become the theme of the era; vertically, socialism has become the historical trend for human society to evolve. To locate China vertically and horizontally, China is and will be for long in the primary stage of socialism, that is, in the stage characherized by underdeveloped productivity. Three basis above-mentioned lead to a conclusion:China must develop itself, and"Development is an absolute principle", development the key to solve to all China's problems. However, experience and lessons at home or abroad, have positively or negatively showed that the old developing model has become an obstacle for the development of China's productivity. As a result, a conclusion has been drawn, that is, China must adher to reform, and otherwise China will come to a dead end."The theory of necessicity"has answered such a question,"why to reform".Chapter III,"the theory of nature"will discuss the spiritual essence of Deng Xiaoping's reform concept. The essence of socialist reform is to liberate and develop the productivity of the socialist society. The nature of socialist reform is consistent with the essence of the socialist society."Three favorables"are the fundamental criterion to measure the gains or losses, success or failure of China's reform, which also are the development of productivity criterion, reflecting the essential requirement of scientific socialism. The essence of Deng Xiaoping's reform concept is the thought of seeking truth from facts and the theory of productivity, whose philosophical foundation is dialectical materialism and historical materialism."The theory of nature"has answered the question of"why to reform"from the perspective of productivity and economic base.Chapter IV,"the theory of direction""will disucss the direction and goals of China'socialist reform. China's reform must adhere to the socialist direction, and otherwise, if the socialist direction does not adhere to, China can only meet a deadend. How to adhere to the socialist direction? The theory issue that China's reform has firstly encountered is to cope with the relationship between socialism and the commodity economy, secondly is to solve the problem of integrating the public-owned economy with marketing, and then to cope with such issues as the reform of ownership and distribution system. The radical innovation in the theory of socialist commodity economy is Deng Xiaoping's outstanding contribution to Marxist political economy. The establishment of the objective of socialist market economic system has solved a longstanding worldwide problem, that is, how to integtate the public-owned economy with marketing."The theory of Direction"has answered the problem of"to reform what"from the perspective of production relationship and the superstructure.Chapter V,"the theory of risks"will talk about the risks of socialist reform and their countermeasures. China's reform is reform in all-around way, including both economic system reform and political system reform. Economic system reform is to adjust the relationship between economic interests, while political system reform is to adjust power relations. The economic relationship and the power relationship, two sensitive nerve endings of a society, are very likely to bring in jumps in chains whenever they are touched. China's reform, related to the redistribution of the economic interests and political power, is an adjustment of the deep-seated contradictions in China's Society, so, Deng Xiaoping repeatedly emphasized that "China's reform has its own risks. What does constitute the Reform risks? How to prevent such risks? How to enhance China's ability to cope with such risks? Answers to such questions are not only great theoretical issues, but also great practical problems. Deng Xiaoping's answers are scientific conclusions Deng Xiaoping drawed from the experience and lessons of the socialist reform at home or abroad, which also constitutes an organic component of Deng Xiaoping's reform concept. In fact, the"the theory of risks"is just to answer the question of"how to reform". Finally, concluding remarks will discuss firstly the contributions that Deng Xiaoping's reform concept has made onto political economy, then discuss the guiding role that Deng Xiaoping's reform concept has played in China's last 30 years, and lastly discuss the significance that Deng Xiaoping's reform concept has played in deepening China's reform.
