The theory of political development appeared in the 1950s. It was the most prevalent in the 20th century, academic field and politic field to parts of countries, and particularly the social politics in developing countries had far-reaching influence. National political development research started late in our country. The research about development theory of national political didn't cause widespread concern until the late 1990s.From the realistic logic sense, the research of political development is derived from the needs of national political practice about our unified multi-national country. At the present, our country is in a social reformation, which affect profoundly national society on the basis of original social relationship and political stability. To a multi-national country, if the national political system of this country have an order, it's affect not only national political order and stability, but also directly the level of the national political integration. So we should deeply research interests relation and benefit pattern under the new situation, understand their changes have an effect on the development of national political and stability.The dissertation takes the change of political form in minority areas as the research object, from the perspective of development of political science, combining with the related theory and method about politics and ethnology, etc, and full assimilating and using for reference scholars' research achievements both at home and abroad.
