The Study On The Modernization Of The CPC's Governing Style

The thesis makes a deep exploration and consideration of the question of the modernization of the CPC's governing style in the view of scientific,democratic and law-based governance proposed by the Fourth Plenum of the 16th CPC's Congress.The so-called modernization of the party's governing style is the historical process of the institutionalization,standardization,scientification, democratization,the rule of law that the way,method,institutions,mechanisms and so on with which CPC grasp and control the state power,realize;and the relationship that continues to adjust and standardize,between CPC itself and the organs of state power,all political parties and groups,and various other social organizations.The modernization of the party's governing style has great theoretical value and practical significance.Whether or not does CPC can achieve the modernization of the governing style,it will not only determines the increase of CPC's leading level and it's governing capability,but also directly affects the consolidation of the governing position and the maintenance of the governing safety of CPC,and relates CPC's prosperity and decline and even the life and death, thus directly affects the formation of our country's social stability and the realization of the national long-term peace as well as the construction of our country's harmonious socialist society. This thesis insists the Marxist basic principle,uses the research techniques of the unity between history and logic,the comparative analysis as well as the system analysis and so on,closely contacts CPC's history and reality,through explaining the related concepts of the modernization of the governing style,interpreting the theoretical and the practical foundation of the modernization of the governing style, illustrating and demonstrating the importance and the historical inevitability of the modernization of the governing style,analyzing and interpreting the respective connotations,the prerequisite,the basis as well as the achieving ways of scientific governance,democratic governance and law-based governance,and rationally thinking the problems that the modernization of the governing style remains to be studied in the future,and outlines preliminarily the basic path of the modernization of the governing style.This paper is composed of three major components,the preface,the body and the conclusion.The preface analyzes and explains mainly the related concepts of the modernization of the governing style,at the same time combs and summarizes the research results on the modernization of the governing style of the academic circles in recent years,introduces and explains the research train of thought,the research methodology and the basic framework of this paper.The body is divided into four chapters.
