This section aims to have a specific argument on the theory of innovative development and try to clarify how the theoretical innovation is the guide to the direction of innovative development, how the technological innovation is the fundamental driving force of innovative development, how the institutional innovation is the rules of protection of innovative development, and how the cultural innovation is the social atmosphere of innovative development.Chapter VI summarizes the main value orientation of the innovative development to reflect the essential requirements on the unity of regularity and purpose of Marxist philosophy.
