Implement Of Marxist Practical Philosophy And Scientific Outlook On Development

Since 2003, The Theory of Scientific Development has become our academic and politic topic. First, this article bases on the processing of Marx's practice as well as its scientific connotation and characteristics, then, discusses the relationship between Marx's practice philosophy and the Theory of Scientific Development and the practical path with which the Theory of Scientific Development can be implemented. Further, this article points out that Marx's practice philosophy is the theoretical foundation for the Theory of Scientific Development and the Theory of Scientific Development is the application and development of practice philosophy in contemporary China. Through the above analysis, the paper argues that the Theory of Scientific Development the Pioneering use of Marxist philosophy in the following aspects, such as the natural and the supernatural of human beings, subjective and objects scale of practice activities, purposiveness and regularity, ideal practice and realistic practice. At the same time, the Theory of Scientific Development fusses the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit of Marxist philosophy. "Practical spirit" is the requirement of Marxist philosophy. To emancipate and then unify peoples thought is the premise of implementing the Theory of Scientific Development.
