In accordance with substantialism, the substance perspective on curriculum confronted a severe crisis of modernity whose difficulties and contradictions are hard to overcome. Hence, we have to find the new approach to philosophical thinking method, theoretical basic, thinking paradigm, discourse system and curriculum vision. As the criticism, deconstruction, refinement and transcendence of the substance perspective of curriculum, the process perspective of curriculum was born based on the post-modern philosophical thoughts which had constructive meaning. In the present study, in order to develop "the richness of curriculum in quality" and improve the change in basic educational paradigm of curriculum, the curriculum was defined as a kind of'process' which could be explained to had integrity, organic, association, generativeness, changeableness, reflective, agreement and transcendence.The process perspective of curriculum began with the crux and difficulties of the substance perspective of curriculum in'modernity'. The perspective of substance curriculum lost its educational meaning and was fell into dangerous of legibility because of its position of controllable value of'technological ration', the probing logic of'programmism'and its operational mechanism of focused the pragmatism and performance.The process perspective of curriculum allocate curriculum as a curriculum notion and theoretical as'process', in which the process is the basic shape, exist way and generating method and the inner, inevitable and qualitative stipulation of curriculum, and has its meaning and value on ontology.'Creative harmony'is the value orientation of the perspective of process curriculum.The notion of the perspective of process curriculum is by no means unreal or imagined, in the opposite, it does not only have its firm academic basic but also continuous ideological system. In which the philosophical basic is provided by the process philosophy of Whitehead, the scientific evidence by modern science studies, and the educational support of'view integration'in the paradigm of curriculum. In addition, the romantic natural paradigm of curriculum of Rousseau started the initial studies of process curriculum since modern times and was forged by the effort of Dewey. In the theoretical fields of post-modern perspective of curriculum, the post-modern theory of curriculum was finally established by Doll, Pinar and others.The perspective of process curriculum is a curriculum of highly constructive meaning. Hence, it asks for transcending the'deconstructism', reconstruct the'meta narrate'of curriculum; surpassing the'technical interest', sparking the'emancipatory interest'; exceeding the ontology notion of'substance-attribute'and the logical position of'subject-predication', narrating the curriculum using the dynamic way; transcending the curriculum barriers of'simple-position' and confirm a organic framework of curriculum.The practical appeal of perspective process of curriculum finds its expression of obeying process curriculum reforming logic, adhering the curriculum thinking modes of the relationship, taking with the integrative curriculum designing strategy, constructing creative curriculum performing method, using specific curriculum evaluation model and eliminating the'the fallacy of misplaced concreteness'in curriculum evaluation.The process perspective of curriculum is the inevitable choice of the basic educational curriculum paradigm in our country nowadays. However, the process perspective of curriculum has its own limitation and defect just like others. The nervous of adapt of native, the weakness of environmental performance, the lack of methodology in construction of curriculum is the challenge in realism. At the same moment, hugging'others', improving the growth of curriculum convention of each other; surpassing negotiating to achieving the reciprocal transformation is the future trend of process curriculum.
