Salar is one of22small ethnic minorities in our country and the Qinghai Xunhua Salar Autonomous County is Salar main ghetto.this paper is aimed at Salar village organization systematic research through the ethnology fieldwork.This paper of the village organization involved the village-level politic organizations, religious organization, farmers' specialized cooperative organizations and traditional blood organization (family organization). They are national rural policy of executives, community the provider of public goods, the organizers of the rural social public resources. At the same time, village organization itself is very important social resources, organization resources who plays an irreplaceable role to the construction of new countryside and the development of the community.The main content of this article are as follows:the first chapter mainly discussed the Salar village-level group is in the social economic and cultural geography ecological background; The second chapter summarizes the Salar village organization, this paper introduces the basic situation of village organization, and sums up the village-level relationship between the village organization and its characteristics. Chapter third major research on the village-level organization's main social function; Fourth, fifth, sixth chapters discuss social differentiation and population flow and financial factors as well as the state policies and laws in the village, at the same time, the author investigate their influence to the village organization; Chapter7based on the above analysis, thinking the salar village organization perfect countermeasures.
