The Research Of Building Laws System Of Chinese Professional Basketball

The professional basketball is a economic system that its manager can obtain best interests by providing higher level games of basketball. This system based on professional basketball club and it is characterized by highly business organization, legal institutions and social benefits.The reform of Chinese professional basketball has been running for more than six years and make remarkable achievements. Though we met many problems such as Chinese Basketball Association(CBA) , Center for the sports of basketball of China and professional basketball club can not be organized and operated well at same time. Secondly ,we have not enough ripe experience on running sports market. Thirdly, China is short of perfect system of sports laws, especially in the field of professional basketball and we can not use it to guide economic activities in sports.The major objective of this study is to keep abreast of current developments and find the primary factors of developing Chinese professional basketball. The study arguments of thesis well show great ethical value and practical meaning not only to the further development of Chinese professional basketball ,but also to the development of Chinese sports.On research of building laws system of Chinese professional basketball, the thesis comes to the following conclusions:1. we draw a conclusion and get the fundamental conception of Chinese professional basketball by using logic reasoning and theoretical analysis.2. The management of Chinese professional basketball can not be in good conditions at the background of market economy for the reason that the co-operation of CBA and professional basketball club do not work well. The way of solving this problem is that we must change the role of CBA and take effective measures of running Chinese professional basketball.3. It is necessary to establish "Chinese Professional Basketball League"(CPBL)which is belonged to CBA and pay membership dues to CBA. CPBL operate all business activities of Chinese professional basketball and it must be guided by special laws in this field.4. The laws system of Chinese professional basketball contains several parts, such as subject laws, operating laws, order laws, adjust laws, insurance laws and arbitration laws.5. The manager of Chinese professional basketball must produce severalimportant laws, for instance, "the laws of management of Chinese professional basketball club", "the laws of management of CPBL", "the laws of television media in the field of professional basketball", "the laws of agent of Chinese professional basketball league" and "arbitrations laws in Chinese professional basketball league".We also can draw some inspiration from the research of this field:1. It is a good way that we can obtain some experience in reforming Chinese professional basketball and being the model of other sports items.2. The role of center for sports of basketball of china may be replaced by some social organizations which has more market effect.3. we must think deeply on the roles of professional basketball club and the relationship between CBA and professional basketball club of any divisions in professional basketball league.4. To take up the gauntlet of joining in the "WTO" and make better achievements of reforming Chinese professional basketball, we should make some changes in operating Chinese professional basketball, even let some professional basketball team of Hong Kong and Taiwan attend the basketball league in mainland.The absolute purpose is to make remarkable achievements in sports market and make people enjoy basketball game well.
