Relations Research Between ACE Gene Polymorphism and Aerobic EndurancePurpose: Try to define the polymorphism marks of ACE gene related to excellent endurance; provide a criterion and experimental method for the athletes'gene selection.Method: Aim at searching for the frequency distribution characteristic of ACE Gene Polymorphism of people with excellent endurance by comparing ACE Gene I/D Polymorphism of 100 excellent long-distance runners of Chinese Han nationality with that of 216 average male college students of Chinese Han nationality and analyzing the results; Aim at searching for the relation between training sensitivity and ACE Gene Polymorphism by training 102 soldiers of Chinese Han nationality for a 18-week endurance training of 5000m distance running and measuring their related representative indexes of aerobic endurance, body composition, and the structure and function index of left ventricle before and after training.Result: Contrary to European and American people, I allele frequency of Han nationality is higher than that of D allele(P<0.05);II genotype frequency and DD genotype frequency are noticeably different from that of European and American people(P<0.01); No DD genotype appear in the excellent athletes, which is noticeably lower than that of control group and athlete group(P<0.05) and that of the excellent athletes reported in other countries; the frequency distribution of II genotype in Marathon is noticeably higher than that in 5km distance running(P<0.10);The changing of I allele,II genotype和ID genotype frequency indicates a stronger unary liner relation (r=0.9985) with the running distance lengthening(5km,10km,Marathon).After the 18-week endurance training, 2max only increases 1.33%, AT only improves 2.47%, and the level of all RE indexes drops noticeably (7.42%~9.09%).The result of the main composition analysis and training effect suggests that RE, compared to 2max, has more noticeable plasticity in evaluating the sensitivity of aerobic endurance training, that endurance training make the structure and function of left ventricle appear a good and a complying change and have no relation with ACE Gene Polymorphism, that no relation exist between the reaction degree of physical composition to training and ACE Gene Polymorphism, that ID genotype is more sensitive to endurance training than DD genotype, similarly, I allele is more sensitive to endurance training than D allele.Conclusion: the frequency distribution of ACE Gene Polymorphism of Han people has very clear racial characteristic. For the long-distance runner of Han nationality, I allele and II genotype can be considered the gene marks of excellent endurance, while the DD genotype can be regarded as the threshold of selection, and the form of their expression has a clear racial distinction which is greatly different from the result of other countries. Running Economy compared to 2max,has more noticeable plasticity in evaluating the sensitivity of aerobic endurance training. It is still difficult to define Gene Polymorphism marks related to sensitivity of aerobic endurance training without enough relations being observed.
