Civil Society Organizations And The Harmonious Development Of Society

Since harmony society construction was put forward by Central Committee of CPC, the studyabout harmony society has become the focus in academic fields. While in how to promote thedevelopment of society, there are two ways in academic fields, one is how to promote harmoniousdevelopment of the society from above to below from the view of government, the other is how topromote harmonious development of society from bottom to top from the view of society. Thesedays, most of scholars pay more attention to the former way from the view of government anddevelop their study from the view of the characteristics of harmony society. Few scholars payattention to the later, while the spontaneous strength from bottom to top is a very important onewhich promotes society harmonious development. This strength should be considered in the courseof the harmony development of society. This has been indicated in western developed capitalistcountries. So it has become a significant problem that our society faces, civil societyorganizations(CSOs) is the structural factor in civil society, and is also an important power frombottom to top to promote harmonious development of society. In this article, I want to study theha(?)mony society from the angle of CSOs.The article is divided into five parts, and consisted of an introduction and four chapters. The essential content is to study the harmony society from the angle of CSOs, from bottom to top. And to study the relation between CSOs and society harmony development from layer of value, operation and structure.In the introduction, I give the reason to choose this subject, significance of this study, study methods, new viewpoints and difficulties. At last, I summarize the present situation of this subject.The first chapter: elaboration of the elemental theory. In this chapter, I elaborate the elemental theory of the CSOs, including definition, exist necessity, classification, characteristics and elemental function, which lay a theory foundation for the study. Then I study the history and elemental theory of society harmony development in western country and China. And on the foundation of this, the systematic angel is put forward. Society harmony development is studied from layer of value, motion, structure. At last, I look back the history of CSOs and society harmony development, so this study has been put into the history of the whole society development.The second chapter: the value of CSOs and establish of civil ideology. This is the value layer. civil ideology, including independent personality, sense of right, sense of responsibility, sense of democracy, equality, freedom, legality, public morality, and so on, is the fundamental ideology that modern person should have. And also, it is the spirit foundation on which modern political system, economical system and other social system operate normally. The value of CSOs is good to establish modern civil ideology.
