The Statistics Research Of Fiscal Expenditure On Education Of China's Influence To Economic Growth

What this paper studied is the problem of the research of fiscal expenditure on education of China. The topic of this study is: On the background of economic growth about the theories and fulfillments, this paper mainly aims at analyzing current situation of the scale, two sections of City and country, region of fiscal expenditure on education of China allocation. And then, this paper analyzes the influence of fiscal expenditure on education to Chinese economic growth.Since reform and opening, there inevitable exits a lot of problems even if our government paid more attention to the increase of educational investment. It includes the deficiency of educational investment, unreasonable construction of fiscal expenditure on education of China allocation and so on. The study attempts to advance the research into question in three aspects: empirical analysis, theoretical analysis and policy analysis.The empirical analysis of educational resources of China allocation: government fiscal expenditure on education is the main analytical index. Firstly, this paper analyzed current situation of fiscal expenditure on education of China allocation by means of statistical method. It includes comparison between china and foreign countries, historical comparison and so on. Based on analysis of statistical method, this paper analyzed the effect of changes of the scale and construction of fiscal expenditure on education of China allocation on economic growth. Based on international data, this paper analyzed the effect of fiscal expenditure on education on economic growth by panel model.The theoretical analysis of fiscal expenditure on education: Firstly, this paper analyzed the economical nature of education by means of public goods theory. Secondly, this paper reviews the factor of economy growth: capital, the technique progress, human capita! and endogenous growth theory. And then, this paper excavated and summarized the functional mechanism to the economic growth of fiscal expenditure on education allocation on the above four factors. So this paper has the foundation of theory. Moreover, this paper analyzed the situation of two sections of City and country of fiscal expenditure on education of China allocation by means of two sections of economy, and then analyzed the situation of region of fiscal expenditure on education of China allocation by means of two sections of regional economics.The link between theory and practice lies in policy analysis. This paper made comments and gave some suggestions on the basis of above analysis. In the future, government should make legislation as well as increase fiscal expenditure on education and implement free compulsory education. Meanwhile, the investment behaviors of the government should be supervised and expert advisory institution is supposed to set up in the society. In particular, the transfer-payment between city and country must be carried out.
