The Study Into The Effect Of Hebei Financial Education Expenditure On Economic Growth

With China's economy into a new normal state,economic growth in the total made gratifying achievements,economic growth in the high growth period after the beginning of turning to high-speed growth in the current economic bottom of the situation,the current government to speed up the old and new economic energy conversion,Driven by investment driven by factor investment to innovation,as the focus of economic work.Economic development is inseparable from the high-quality talent,and education as a basic public development of China's development,is the main way of personnel training,at the same time,the government in the allocation of educational resources to promote the coordinated development of education and the economy important role.It is of theoretical significance to study and analyze the existing fiscal education expenditure model,to play the function of government regulation and control,to promote the orderly development of education and the steady growth of economy.This paper focuses on combing the core concepts of education expenditure,financial education expenditure and economic growth,as well as human capital theory,public goods theory and modern economic growth theory.By analyzing the economic operation of Hebei Province and the investment of government finance education,Co-integration test,regression analysi and so on.It is concluded that there is a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship between financial education expenditure and economic growth,among which there are significant positive effects of financial education expenditure and fixed asset investment and economic growth variable Linear relationship,Hebei Province,the expenditure of financial education for each unit of growth,economic growth with the corresponding growth of 0.447 units of the conclusion,while economic growth will promote the increase in financial education spending.At the same time,Hebei Province,there are still general public budget income as low proportion of GDP,financial education expenditure and economic growth is not coordinated,lack of coherence in financial education policy and other issues.In view of the above problems,it is put forward that we should realize the economic value of education deeply;raise the proportion of financial expenditure of education;improve the fiscal revenue and economic growth to adapt;improve the education budget management system of some suggestions.
