Curriculum reform compendium of basic education has put forward the emotion attitude and value as one of targets with knowledge and skills, process and method. Accordingly, the affective teaching target has been definitely raised in the mathematics curriculum standards. Above changes indicate that our basic education return to the principle of "people first in education" and key essence of education is service for natural instinct development, all work in education regard people as the centre, the basics, the motive force, the objective and the sign. However, there are many difficulties in the process of achieving the affective target due to the idea of traditional education, the current test system and judge rule on student.In current educational practice, the classroom instruction is still the key method, therefore, the teachers' opinions and activities on above issue will directly impact on the execution of affective target. In this thesis, the primary and secondary mathematics teachers are indagated through the questionnaire to get their understandings on the mathematics affective instruction.First, the concept of mathematics affective instruction is defined by making good use of the literature method, and then, a method system for carrying out mathematics affective instruction are constructed.Second, the questionnaire is issued to the primary and secondary mathematics teachers in littoral and central region of China, the following three issues are focused in the study of questionnaire survey.? The status of primary and secondary teachers' understandings about mathematics affective instruction;? The differences between primary mathematics teachers and secondary mathematics teachers;? The differences between in-service teachers and pre-service teachers;? The differences between the teachers in littoral region and central region of China.The result of questionnaire is analyzed and construed through the SPSS 10.0 and gets the conclusion below:?
