Affection, attitude and values (named as affective goal in this paper) is one of the independent aspect in three curriculum goals of new curriculum. This makes carrying out affective goal a focus of curriculum reform. So the research on carrying out affective goal has important both theory and practice needs.However, due to the impact of traditional teaching theory, current exam system and students'evaluation system, achieving affective goal still has some difficulties in mathematics teaching nowadays. On the one hand, teachers'emotion and teachers'view on the goal influence students'learning. On the other hand, students'views on mathematics learning can also reflect the current situation and problems of implementing affective goal. Therefore, firstly this paper rearranges the domestic and foreign existing related literatures, and then interviews some teachers. Based on the information, a questionnaire is working out to survey students from the Xinyang No.9Middle School and the Branch Campus of Xinyang High School, and to know students'attitudes to mathematics learning. According to the results of questionnaire survey to determinate the current situation and forming countermeasures of carrying out affective goal in mathematics classroom teaching. Contents include in the questionnaire mainly on students'family factors, mathematics views, learning attitudes, and the demands to affective teaching, etc. The aim of questionnaire survey is to know students'views on affective teaching and to discuses ways of achieving affective goal accordingly.Through teacher interview, we find most teachers are aware of the importance of implementing affective teaching subjectively, and still a lot of teachers the knowledge of affective goal are not enough and lack of strategies of carrying out it. The teaching performance of these states is seriously "more knowledge and less emotion", and lacking the guiding of theory and method of " effective teaching with emotion". The results of students survey mainly have the followings:①to create a good family atmosphere,②to regulate anxiety and to increase confidence,③to cultivate interesting and to stimulate motivations,④to excavate teaching material and to penetrate emotions,⑤to paying attention to students and to strengthen guidance, and⑥to elevate teachers' motional literacy. At the end, combined the results of questionnaire survey with emotion-nal teaching theory and practice, this paper raises a pieces of countermeasures for carrying out affective goal.
