The principle of new curriculum reform is "people first in education", and in the principle of new curriculum reform, besides knowledge and skills, progress and method, the new curriculum reform added new target that was emotion attitude and value. In mathematics instruction, because of attending the development of emotion attitude and value, require mathematics teacher who should implement affective instruction. Find out the actuality of affective instruction, which is the beginning of cultivating mathematics learning sentiments and accelerating talents cultivating.The article focused on mathematics affective instruction, and together with mathematics learning sentiments. By means of literature analysis, summarize the teaching development of our nation, compare curriculum reform compendium of basis education and traditional teaching program, and discuss the meaning of mathematics learning sentiments and mathematics affective instruction, and confirm their factors. Make questionnaire by myself. Give out these questionnaires to four junior high schools which are two Korean schools and two the Han nationality schools in Yanji city.From what have been discussed above, the main conclusions are:1. Actually, the total development level of mathematics learning sentiments is not high. Although students can taste the life'mathematics, but less students can put the mathematics to life. The positive of students exploring mathematics is not high enough, so it is with the problem solving. Eight grade is the gap of mathematics learning sentiments and dangerous zone.2. The mathematics learning sentiments level of Han nationality schools is higher than that in Korean schools. But, mathematics anxiety between two nations is not obvious difference.3. The affective instruction level of mathematics teachers is not high enough. The level in Han nationality schools is higher than that in Korean schools. 4. The understanding of mathematics teachers about affective instruction has an effect on student mathematics learning sentiments.
