The value idea, the thinking mode and the attitude shared by the teacher community constitute teachers'culture, which has an influence on the real classroom instruction through affecting the teachers'idea and behavior and relates the development of school and the advancement of education reform. Teachers'culture research will avoid the paradigm of external restriction and promote the whole development of teachers'occupation based on teachers'spirit existence.This article mainly consists of teachers'culture historical development, the reality performance and the future tendency, analyzes teachers'historical value ideology and its transformation, demonstrates teachers'culture issue in the professional education and the school administration, analyzes the question of the teacher's latent value idea in the teacher cultural reconstruction, and inquires into the goal and the direction of the teachers'cultural reconstruction.The historical development of teachers'culture mainly inquires into teachers'status and the developing process of function. In teachers'transformation from the temple, the square to the survival place of school, teachers' returning to native place in system is promulgated. In teachers'transformation from the consciousness of social people to professional person, the secularism of teachers'professional value orientation is analyzed. In the ancient times, teachers'mostly were the society's gentleman of saints and sages, their inner world certainly was not in the school and the institute, they preached in the square to the populace, or spoke to God and the person in power word in the temple. Having the greatly strong social sense of responsibility and being the idealistic the social people, they had the ultimate value concern beyond the education world. Afterwards, along with the development of social division of labor, the birth of institution school and the consummation of management system, teachers'was brought into the school system and separated from the social area. Teachers'value orientation no longer manifests in the ultra common custom spiritual aspect of the Confucian orthodoxy, the idea, the morality moral character, God and so on, but pays more attention to the efficiency of knowledge transmission, and makes the development of occupation and material interest connected. Influenced by the social mainstream ideology and the occupation system, teachers'ideology starts to infiltrate in the professional culture for a long time, and teachers'starts to transform from the person of initiation of the temple, the square into the professional person of special educational institution.The realistic condition of teachers'culture is mainly studied from the two aspects of teachers'professional education and the school system management. Teachers'specialization is recognized as the direction of teachers'occupation development direction in the world wide. Teachers'career development and specialization are generally emphasized in various countries. However, after specialization ideological like ideology trend invaded educational department's nerve control system, it have forgotten the essence and more important psychic development latitude while promoting teachers'teaching skill. Teachers controlled by the specialized consciousness have lost the idea of the public teachers and the social thinker. They have already excessively lost the commendable consciousness and the courage of caring for society of the teacher in the ancient times. Their academic also has lost the value of anticipating the development of social spirit culture. The establishment of school administration system can effectively restrict and even eliminate the non- rational behavior of the teaching activity. However, it will inevitably hold back the free development and person's creativity. Therefore, the school system construction must find the dynamic balance between too many controls and noninterference. The modern school system pays more attention to restrict teachers, and relatively has neglected to promote teachers'development. The modern education management should shift from the pattern of old acquaintances and restriction to anticipation and promotion and shift the key point of the system construction from the rewards and punishment direction to teachers'raise and the training system construction, and remain the sufficient space for teachers'freedom and the display of creation spirit.The latent value conflict in teachers'daily life proposes the challenge to teachers'cultural reconstruction, which is supposed to deal with the deviation of the teacher professional value orientation. The current teacher community mainly has characteristic issue of the conservative value orientation, the authoritative status derived from knowledge, the seal psychological space, and the loss of humanities concern. Teachers'culture construction should mainly devote to solving the issue of the value idea of teachers to lead the development of teachers'spiritual world. In modern society, with the knowledge resources rich and the spiritual resources dried up day by day, teachers have already lost the image of representation as knowledge dictator. Following the attention to person's inner world, people pay great attention to teachers'function of human soul engineer. Therefore, teachers should more and more undertake the function of promoting the development of person's inner world. Teachers'cultural reconstruction should devote to the raise of the spiritual teacher and guide teachers to take the development of person's inner world as the direction of education. The cultural foundation of spiritual teacher needs to promote teachers'ultimate value concern, emphasize teachers' subject development, respect teachers'specialized right in education, and guide teachers'to strengthen self-tutelage. In the real school environment, teachers'mind and thinking mode can be effectively promoted by employing two methods of the restriction of regulation and the spirit guide. However, it is necessary to guide the development of teachers'vision and the transformation of teachers'values idea system and to display the strength of morals and the function of transforming society of education and academic to truly stimulate teacher's spiritual strength.Through the historical textual research and the analysis of reality, we can see that the common custom value pursue and the specialized skill were strengthened in the process of teacher occupation development. However, teachers'intellectual spirit of the ancient times has been actually lost. Teachers'culture taking care of teachers'inner world finally pays close attention to the pursuit of teachers'consciousness of society responsibility as Intellectual.
