In recent years,with the rise of positive psychology,the study of happiness has gradually attracted the attention of the academic community.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China stated: "we should ensure that the people have a sense of gain,happiness and security." With the accumulation of material wealth,people not only work to solve their basic physiological needs,but also have higher expectations.Scholars gradually transfer happiness to work.This kind of happiness experienced in work is called work happiness.The existing empirical research shows that the human-organization matching has a certain degree of influence on the work happiness,but the research on kindergarten teachers as the research object is rare.Kindergarten teachers are a special group of teachers.The feel at work is not just related to teachers physical and mental health,but also related to the development of children and the development of kindergarten,which requires more attention from us.Therefore,this study focuses on the relationship between person-organization matching and work happiness of kindergarten teachers,analyzes the status quo of the two,and tries to explore the relationship between them.Based on this,this study adopt questionnaire law to liaoning,shandong,shanxi 423 kindergarten teachers as the research object,with the Cable and Derue compiled by the questionnaire of "people-tissue matching,wenfeng,compiled the work well-being questionnaire as research tools,at the same time to open kindergarten teacher interviews,to further improve and complement the questionnaire results,finally the related results,to examine the kindergarten teachers-fit and work status and analysis of the relationship between the happiness.The results show that:(1)the person-organization matching of kindergarten teachers is above the average level,and the scores of each dimension from high to low are:requirement-ability matching,demand-supply matching,and value matching.(2)the person-organization matching of kindergarten teachers has significant differences in age,teaching age,marital status,whether there are children,nature of kindergarten,stars and positions of kindergarten,and salary level.(3)the work happiness of kindergarten teachers is above the average level,and the scores of each dimension are from high to low: interpersonalrelationship,development prospect,work value,environment control,welfare treatment,self-acceptance and autonomy.(4)the work happiness of kindergarten teachers is significantly different in age,teaching age,nature of kindergarten,stars and position of kindergarten,salary level,labor relationship,marital status,and whether there are children or not.(5)there was an extremely significant positive correlation between person-organization matching of kindergarten teachers and job happiness,with the correlation coefficient r=0.737.(6)after controlling for demographic variables,the person-organization matching of kindergarten teachers can significantly positively predict the happiness at work,with an explanatory force of 49.6%.Based on the research results,the researcher tries to propose the following Suggestions :(1)optimize the environment of person-organization matching for kindergarten teachers,and pay attention to value matching in the recruitment process;Pay attention to the training of kindergarten teachers;Keep abreast of the needs of kindergarten teachers.(2)pay attention to the work happiness of kindergarten teachers,and pay different attention to kindergarten teachers in different stages;Create harmonious and warm organizational atmosphere to satisfy self-realization;To increase the decision-making and autonomy of kindergarten teachers;We will improve the welfare of kindergarten teachers and strengthen support for private kindergartens.(3)improve work happiness by matching kindergarten teachers with kindergartens,that is,improve their work happiness by matching values,demand-supply and demand-ability.
