Kindergarten teachers,as a direct factor affecting the quality of preschool education,strengthen the degree of agreement between primary and secondary class teachers in the attitude,behavior,concept and other aspects is conducive to effectively improve the professional ability of kindergarten teachers and class management ability,to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of preschool education.This research is aimed at the current situation and influencing factors of the fit of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergarten.Based on the literature review,the research design is carried out.The selfprepared questionnaires "Questionnaire on the Status of Fit of Primary and Sub-class Teachers in Kindergarten" and "Questionnaire on the Influential Factors of the Fit of Primary and Subclass Teachers in Kindergarten" were used to investigate the status and influencing factors of the fit of primary and sub-class teachers in kindergarten.Two questionnaires were issued in this study.The first was the initial 230 questionnaires and the second was 212 valid ones.A total of 580 formal questionnaires were sent out again,and 552 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the questionnaire survey method combined with the interview method to deeply investigate and study the status quo and influencing factors of the fit of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergarten.Research shows that:1.The overall compatibility of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergarten is good.In each dimension,the behavior fit of primary and secondary class teachers was the highest,followed by the concept fit,and the attitude fit was the lowest.2.The fit degree of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergarten is different in terms of different demographic variables.(1)There is no significant difference in the fit degree of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergarten in terms of education background,posts and the nature of kindergarten operation.(2)There is a significant difference in the fit degree of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergarten on the age of teachers.Among them,the attitude agreement of teachers under 25 years old is significantly lower than that of teachers over 26 years old.(3)There is a significant difference in the fit degree of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergarten in terms of working years.Among them,the attitude fit of teachers with less than 3 years of working experience and more than 10 years of working experience was significantly lower than that of teachers with 3-10 years of working experience.The behavior fit of teachers with less than 3 years of working experience was significantly lower than that of teachers with 3-10 years of working experience.3.There are two main factors affecting the fit degree of primary and secondary class teachers in kindergartens,namely,personal traits and kindergarten factors.Among them,the kindergarten factors have a greater impact on the fit degree of primary and secondary class teachers.The interpersonal atmosphere,organizational atmosphere and relevant rules and regulations of kindergartens have a direct impact on the fit degree of primary and secondary class teachers.
