From December of 2004~ December of 2005, we processes the survey and experiment researches. about the concept, examination evaluation methods, influence factors, intervention measures of " sport mental fatigue " and its influence on the central cognition function for one year. By the all-around survey research to125 male and female master level athletes of national team of various events(male 55,female 70), and the tracing experiment researches to the 37 male and female master level athletes(male 19,female 18) of shoot and arrow team of guangdong. The study result:1) built up the concept model of" the sport mental fatigue ", the concept's model includes the dimensions of the central fatigue, the central cognition process ability descend, the body and behaviour symptom, the negative mood, the motive level descend, the negative evaluation and the achievement feelings lower;2) built up multidimensions test methods that include the nerve physiology, psychological scales and integrative inquisitions method;3) the ET fatigue index is related to the body and behaviour symptoms, and is irrelevant to the psychological scales measure ( TMD, lower achievement feeling, the mood physical burnout, negative evaluation) and the bio-chemical indexes (HB, T,BUN) did not significantly related with the psychological scales and ET fatigue index;4) the main influence factor of" the sport mental fatigue" formation includes a series of the internal factors and the exterior factors, the training and the management factors are the exterior influence factors of the most;4) the central fatigue will cause the amplitude of the ERP- P300 descended;5) the individual all-around intervention measure(e.g. cognition intervention, training intervention, nourishment intervention, the mood state adjusting and control, psychology skill training etc.) can effectively alleviate the sport mental fatigue; 6) research and design the sport mental fatigue questionnaire that includes 4 dimensions, the internal consistency of the each dimension: the motive level descendingα=.79; the body and behaviour symptomα=.70; the negative mood stateα=.74; the negative evaluation and achievement feeling lowerα=.57.Main research conclusion:1)" the sport mental fatigue" is a dynamic, complicated and diversified variety process, is a kind of descending or mess state of brain function that include various inner and exterior phenomenon such as the central fatigue, the ability of central information process descended, negative mood, the training motive level descended, the body and behaviour symptom etc. The relation of each dimension of" the sport mental fatigue" includes mutually independent, mutually influence complicated relation etc;2) Various sport mental fatigue can be examine by the multidimension test methods, carry on the examining and the evaluation, the different fatigue phenomenons need to adopt the different method combination;3) the main influence factors of" the sport mental fatigue" produce include a series of the internal factors and the exterior factors, the training and the management factors are the exterior influence factors of the most; 4) the mental fatigue of sport will produce the negative influence to the training of the athlete, the central fatigue will affect the information process ability of brain;5) the individual all-around intervention measure(e.g. cognition intervention, training intervention, nourishment intervention, the mood state adjusting and control, psychology skill training etc.) can effectively alleviate the sport mental fatigue; 6) the sport mental fatigue questionnaire can be used to the examination and evaluation for mental fatigue of athlete.
